Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods: We offer free standard shipping options in the UK.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

RETURNS

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all portable power stations purchased directly from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on enquiries@genbatt.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team on enquires@genbatt.co.uk with your full order details.

Cancellation After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, you may still cancel it, but you will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
